Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten

Olive oil for cooking

Burger buns

Toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, and any preferred condiments

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the beaten egg to the mixture and mix everything together until well combined.

Form the mixture into burger patties, about 4-6 depending on your preferred size.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Toast the burger buns in the same skillet or on a grill until golden brown.

Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on each bun and adding your desired toppings like lettuce and tomato. Serve with your favorite condiments.
