1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 hamburger buns

Olive oil for cooking

Optional toppings: avocado, tomato slices, arugula

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the outside is golden brown.

Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan or under a broiler until golden.
