½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 cup ice cubes

Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Start by prepping the watermelon. Cut a ripe watermelon into cubes, making sure to remove all seeds for a smooth blend.

In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, chilled coconut water, frozen banana, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or agave syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes.

Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth and frothy. Make sure no chunks remain.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.

Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
