Ingredients
  

2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1 medium banana, frozen

1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola

2 tbsp chia seeds

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Assorted toppings: sliced peaches, berries, nuts, and coconut flakes

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more almond milk.

      Pour the smoothie into bowls, dividing evenly.

        Decorate the surface with a swirl of granola, chia seeds, and your choice of assorted toppings, such as sliced peaches, berries, nuts, and coconut flakes.
