2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare Carrots: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cut carrot fries with olive oil until they are well coated.

Season: Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until all the carrots are evenly coated with the seasoning and cheese.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the carrot fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure they roast evenly. Avoid overcrowding.

Roast Carrots: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
