Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface, and separate it into triangles as per the perforations.

Layer the Fillings: On each triangle, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by 2-3 slices of pepperoni. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

Roll Them Up: Starting from the wide end of the triangle, carefully roll up the dough towards the pointed end, forming a crescent shape. Ensure that the filling stays inside as much as possible.

Egg Wash: Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the egg wash over the tops of the croissant rolls to give them a golden finish.

Bake: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and flaky.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
