Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles along the perforated edges.

In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine.

Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle.

Roll the crescent from the wide end towards the tip, encasing the filling securely. Ensure the filling is tucked in as you roll.

Place the rolled croissants onto the prepared baking sheet with the tip facing down to prevent them from unrolling.

Brush the tops of the croissant rolls with the beaten egg using a pastry brush, ensuring an even coating for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and puffed.

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 croissant rolls
