Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 cup milk

2 large eggs

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for topping)

Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.

In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the waffles fluffy.

Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or melted butter.

Pour an appropriate amount of the batter into the preheated waffle iron (usually about ¾ cup, but check your iron for specifics). Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, typically 4-5 minutes.

Carefully remove the waffles and repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the waffles warm, topped with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and additional crushed graham crackers for that extra s’mores touch.
