Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup honey

1-2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches each. Place them in a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the salmon bites and toss gently to coat each piece evenly with the marinade.

Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Optional: For a crispy finish, broil the salmon bites for an additional 1-2 minutes at the end of cooking time. Watch them closely to prevent burning.

Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
