Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (or to taste)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat them evenly. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Prepare the Hot Honey Glaze: In a small pan over low heat, combine honey, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir well and warm the mixture until it slightly bubbles, then remove from heat. Adjust the sriracha to your spice preference.

Cook the Salmon: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the marinated salmon pieces in the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is crispy on the outside and cooked through.

Glaze the Salmon: When the salmon is nearly done cooking, pour the hot honey glaze over the salmon in the skillet. Gently toss the salmon so that it is evenly coated with the glaze. Allow it to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Serve: Remove from heat and transfer the hot honey salmon bites to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
