2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
