Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

      Assemble the Wraps:

        - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

          - Spoon a generous amount of the cooked beef in the center of the tortilla.

            - Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and pickles.

              - Drizzle a few tablespoons of the prepared special sauce over the fillings.

Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half, serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping, and enjoy your delicious homemade Big Mac Wraps!
