1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and tender, stirring occasionally. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
