Easy Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup chipotle ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked white rice

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the chicken breasts, chipotle ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or preferably for 2 hours.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, remove from the grill and allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.
