2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or leftover works great)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon taco seasoning (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, green onions, taco seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. If desired, lightly warm them in a skillet or the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.

      Assemble the Wraps: Divide the chicken filling evenly between the two tortillas. Spread the mixture across the center, leaving about 1 inch of space on the sides.

        Add Extra Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture in each wrap.

          Roll the Wraps: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up towards the top, ensuring the filling is sealed inside.

            Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
