Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients
  

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (preferably crispy fried or baked)

4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: avocado slices for added creaminess

Prepare Ingredients: Start by cooking the bacon until it's crispy. Drain on a paper towel and crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.

    Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Warm Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable. This will make rolling them easier.

        Assemble Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving space at the edges. If desired, add a few slices of avocado on top.

          Roll Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to secure the filling inside. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling.

            Cruispu Fry (Optional): For an extra crispy finish, heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Place the wraps seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.

              Slice and Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
