4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup long-grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup frozen peas

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes each. Remove chicken and set aside.

    Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add diced onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

      Cook the Rice: Stir in the rice and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing it to toast slightly.

        Add Broth and Chicken: Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Place the chicken thighs back into the skillet, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice is cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid.
