8 oz penne pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cook the Pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
