3 green onions, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Ramen: In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if necessary, and toss in the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), chili flakes, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Chicken Ramen Stir Fry!
