Ingredients
  

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and creamy.

    Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.

      Top the cheesy chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and green onions if using.

        Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, making sure to secure the filling.

          Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.

            Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
