Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, diced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup sour cream (optional for serving)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Melt the Cheese: Once the chicken is done, reduce the heat to low and stir in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the chicken is well coated.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomato.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of each tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top. Ensure the filling is secure inside.

Toast the Wraps: Wipe the skillet clean and return it to the heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with a dollop of sour cream on the side. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
