Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves onto each tortilla.

Evenly spread the cheesy chicken mixture over the spinach on each tortilla, leaving a little margin around the edges for wrapping.

If using, sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken mixture for added flavor and freshness.

Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly brush it with olive oil.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip the wraps and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until crisp and heated through.

Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm with dips such as ranch or marinara sauce.
