Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef (or plant-based alternative)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, arugula)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard mixture)

Optional: avocado slices, crispy bacon bits, or croutons

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ground Meat: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or plant-based alternative) with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, without overworking the meat.

    Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Shape the seasoned ground meat into 4 equal-sized patties. Cook the patties in the hot skillet or on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

      Prepare the Salad Base: While the patties are resting, prepare the salad base. In large bowls, divide the mixed greens evenly as the foundation of your burger bowls.

        Layer the Ingredients: Top the mixed greens with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.

          Assemble the Burger Bowls: Slice the cooked burger patties and arrange them on top of the salad base. Drizzle with your prepared burger sauce.

            Add Optional Toppings: If desired, add avocado slices, crispy bacon bits, or croutons for extra flavor and texture.
