Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust according to spice preference)

1 bag (12 oz) tortilla chips

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional for extra heat)

1 cup sour cream (for serving)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the chicken: In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce until the chicken is evenly coated. Adjust the amount of sauce based on how spicy you like it.

Assemble the nachos: On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top the chips with the Buffalo chicken mixture, spreading it evenly across the chips.

Add cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the nachos, followed by crumbled blue cheese and jalapeños if using.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Once done, remove the nachos from the oven and immediately sprinkle diced tomatoes and sliced green onions over the top.

Serve: Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on the side and garnish with chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
