Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh fruits (such as berries, apples, or bananas for topping, optional)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add the melted butter, tilting the dish to ensure the butter coats the bottom evenly.

Blend the Batter: In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 20-30 seconds.

Pour the Batter: Carefully pour the batter into the prepared baking dish over the melted butter. Make sure you do not mix the batter into the butter; the butter should remain on the bottom.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake puffs up and turns golden brown.

Serve Immediately: Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve slices warm, topped with fresh fruits and a drizzle of maple syrup.
